The 007-themed party that JAY-Z and Meek Mill hosted to raise money for the REFORM Alliance attracted all the top names in Hip Hop.

According to Page Six, Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian, Lala Anthony, and other celebrities attended the blackjack party that took place on Saturday, September 30, in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Every penny from the $100,000 buy-in each play was donated to the group working for criminal justice reform.

Quavo, Travis Scott, and other A-list celebrities including Derek Jeter also gave performances at the event.

Page Six reported that throughout the night, 10 to 15 helicopters transported guests from airports in New York City to Atlantic City.

According to a source, Jay’s aim was to host a small, extremely exclusive gathering with the top people in the world. It is not possible to buy your way into this party.

As for the Wisconsin man who was wrongly and forcibly detained while carrying his one-year-old child, JAY-Z’s Team ROC recently stepped in to help.

The violent detention of Jermelle English Jr., who was unlawfully held after police believed he had fled a car accident in August, will be the subject of an internal inquiry, the Kenosha Police Department announced.

The disturbing arrest was captured on cell phone camera in a restaurant owned by Applebee’s in July. As English sat on the restaurant floor holding his newborn, it showed numerous officers squeezing and pushing him while he insisted he did nothing wrong.

Cops wrestled English to the ground after the infant was taken away, with one of them appearing to hit English repeatedly. Although police were aware that they had the wrong individual, they still filed charges of resisting arrest and disorderly behavior against him.

According to TMZ, Hov’s Team ROC has hired their esteemed attorney Alex Spiro to stand up for English in his pursuit of justice.

“The reckless arrest of Jermelle English Jr. and the careless endangerment of his infant child by the Kenosha Police Department is an absolute travesty,” declared Dania Diaz, managing director of Team ROC.
