Originally from Cameroon, Lion$ is a young Swiss rapper and songwriter from the city of Lausanne. His style is very versatile. Being able to perform on aggressive tracks, Lion$ can also be at ease on more melodic tracks.
However, rap kicking remains his favorite domain. He started playing music in 2015 in the group ADN. Several tracks will be available on YouTube and Soundcloud. But for professional choices, the group splits and some clips are no longer available on YouTube. Since 2019 Lion$ has started his solo career.
Very active on social networks, L$ sends a lot of visual content on Instagram. He has already released several singles on all platforms. He sends his first 4-track EP “Young L$” available on all platforms. To support the visibility of the project, the young artist released two video freestyles on YouTube, one of which was accompanied by several young rappers with whom he evolved (Plus41, Renzoo, Brako, Node).
The young artist was very influenced by the American wave of the 2000s: Eminem, 50 Cent, Dr Dre… He also listens to the current US wave: Kendrick Lamar, A$AP Rocky, and Travis Scott… Lion$ also listens to a lot of French rap currently. His third 5-track EP “Sunz” is now available on all streaming platforms.
